This position will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position is directly responsible for creating an effortless customer experience for external and internal customers by phone or email. The position is also directly responsible for product inquiries, appointment scheduling, and verification, providing support to our branches and field partners, and customers, as well as customer conflict resolution and escalation. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available.

The compensation for the position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls from existing and potential clients
  • Monitor security and fire systems (burglary, fire, and video)
  • Receive alarm signals and follow instructions to resolve
  • Disseminate information for emergency personnel
  • Maintain and build solid working relationships internally and externally
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Education & Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of two years experience working in a customer service related environment
  • Ability to work well while multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills while problem-solving
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Adept at learning new software(s)
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
  • Must speak English
