Summary:

This position prepares information on accounts payable, revenues, and other financial analysis for management; reconciles bank statements; designs and maintains specialized and analytical reports for decision makers. Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.

Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day finance/accounting administrative support at designated site location(s)
  • Manage site internal and external communications related to finance/accounting
  • Review operating statements, work accurately with numbers, and recap information when needed
  • Create, run, assemble, and analyze reports from various applications for leadership review
  • Identify and escalate data or financial discrepancies
  • Process payments and invoices and investigate discrepancies
  • Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings and presentations
  • Manage mail and review expense reports
  • Coordinate finance meetings with other departments
  • Transcribe and composes letters, memos, and meeting minutes
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education/Qualification:
  • 5 years' experience in Accounting or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Construction billing / AR/ AP experience
  • Experience with Progress billing, lien releases, schedule of values and retention.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, good typing and filing skills
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills
  • Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve and work independently

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Anticipated close date 9/8/2025

Pay range 25-35/hr based on experience
