This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This role assists with all sales-related duties including coordinating sales team activities, account maintenance, job entries, and distributing prospects. Contribute to high level customer service and branch function.

The ideal candidate will preferably work out of our Rockport office, but for the right fit we will also allow them to work from Portsmouth, Freeport, or Waterville/Newport. The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintain and update entries for sold jobs
  • Ensure the accuracy of order information
  • Service as a liaison to the logistics team when there are delivery questions or issues
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Take incoming prospect information and distribute to salespeople
  • Maintain quality assurance of job to make sure materials have been billed, info is accurate in both accounting and monitoring software, and correct amounts have been billed to customer
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Education & Qualifications:
  • A high school education or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as an administrative assistant or support agent required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems required
  • Previous billing experience highly preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Capability to handle issues in a professional and confident manner

Other Duties:

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
